As an artist I learned long ago that there is no limit to what can be perceived and executed in the name of art.  Recently I received information on this artist and wanted to pass it along.  He is truly an artist with a gift.  Let me know what you all think.

It appears his website is:  I am truly impressed with how he has utilized wood to create such realistic offerings.  Photos courtesy of  If you would like to see more of his work, you can visit the Livio De Marchi Virtual Museum at

  1. The man is handsome and his works of art unusual. Everything is carved in wood (garments, floating cars, furniture, animals) which requires great skill and talent.

I particularly like the picture with the sculptor standing in the small car on the pier.

  2. Extraordinary creations! I am fascinated with this artist's imaginative interpretation of objects - including their decoration as part of the woodwork! Great finds!

  3. His work is wonderful...! What an imagination and what talent.

His face reminds me a bit of Salvador Dali.

  4. Incredible is what I think. I am so glad I found your blog. I too am a pisces although I am not an award winner of any kind, while reading about you I felt that I was reading a description of me. Funny how creative people can be so much a like in some ways.
